We were here for the first time today. Was recommended to us. Super friendly staff. Always nice and friendly. The food was delicious, hot and really plentiful! We'd love to come back 😉

Very friendly, attentive and fast service, the food was very good and well presented, great value for money! Corona requirements were implemented well and tables were all disinfected, etc. Ambience right on the lake was simply fantastic, we'd love to come back.

Went here with a group of 12 people. The staff was always friendly despite the heavy traffic. Ordered ala carte, different dishes, which all arrived at the table at the same time. Price-performance is in a good relationship here. The dishes themselves were delicious. Had the Seepfännla myself which was excellent. In my eyes, however, the pikeperch, which I was able to try, stood out. The restaurant seems to be very popular, so reservations are advisable. If you are on holiday in Franconian Switzerland, you should definitely plan a stop here.

Franconian cuisine, very tasty, waiting times you have to plan, then everything is freshly prepared. Very nice service, we always like to come here if we are in the area.

There was a change of operator here. A new restaurateur manages the Schlossbräu in Thurnau very professionally !!! We like it here !!, it's a great place *** The food tastes great, the selection of the dishes is exciting and there is something tasty for everyone. All dishes are freshly and honestly prepared. Here, the chef cooks with passion, and you can taste that too The restaurant is comfortably furnished. The waiters are friendly and always smile. The prices are fair and completely reasonable. The toilets are very well equipped and it smells very pleasantly fresh. As soon as the weather permits, a large terrace invites you to linger. The property is right on the lake, like in paradise! In short, everything is right here !!! We would love to come back.
